These terms apply to the use of this website and to enquiries made through it. The terms of any actual booking for transport or shifting are given in the quote or booking confirmation that we send you.
Information on this website
We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is for general guidance. Services, vehicles and arrangements are confirmed only in a written quote or a booking confirmation.
Quotes and bookings
- A quote is based on the information you give us. If the goods, the addresses, the floors or the access are different on the day, the quote may change.
- A booking is confirmed only after we confirm the date and the vehicle with you.
- Estimated delivery dates are expectations and not guarantees, because weather, traffic and road conditions can affect them.
Goods that we cannot carry
Illegal, hazardous, flammable and perishable goods, cash, jewellery and valuable documents should not be sent in the truck, unless agreed in writing. Please ask our team if you are unsure.
Your responsibilities
- To give correct information about the goods, the addresses and the access
- To keep the required documents, such as invoices and the e-way bill for business goods
- To arrange society or building permissions at both addresses
Damage and claims
Please check your goods at the time of delivery and tell us about any damage immediately. The terms of liability and insurance are explained at the time of booking.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be on this page.
