Safe transport for two-wheelers
For many families a bike or a scooter is the vehicle used every single day, to go to work, to drop children to school and to buy things from the market. When such a family relocates to another city, riding the bike for hundreds of kilometres is tiring, risky and often impossible if the whole family is moving together. We transport bikes and scooters by road, properly wrapped and firmly secured, so that your vehicle arrives in your new city in the same condition in which it left Pune, and you can start using it from the first week in your new home.
How your bike is protected
A two-wheeler has many exposed and delicate parts, such as the mirrors, the indicators, the handlebar, the fuel tank, the foot pegs and the painted panels, which can be scratched or bent easily if they are not protected properly. Our packers cover these parts with foam and bubble wrap, wrap the whole vehicle in a protective layer, and fix it firmly in an upright or secure position so that it cannot move, fall or rub against other goods during the journey.
- The bike is wrapped to protect the tank, seat, mirrors, lights and painted parts from scratches and dust
- Handlebars, foot pegs, mudguards and other projecting parts are padded with foam
- The vehicle is tied firmly with straps so that it cannot move, slide or fall in transit
- When several bikes travel together, they are kept apart so that they do not touch or damage each other
Before you hand over the bike
A little preparation on your part makes the handover quick and protects you in the unlikely case of any dispute. Please do the following before the loading day, and ask us if you are not sure about any item.
- Take photographs of the bike from all sides and note down any existing scratches or dents
- Keep only a little fuel in the tank, as our team advises, because a full tank is not safe during transport
- Remove helmets, bags, locks, GPS devices and other loose accessories, which can be lost or damaged
- Keep a copy of the registration certificate, insurance papers and your identity proof with you
- Note the odometer reading and the condition of the tyres, and tell us if the bike has any fault or does not start
With household goods or alone
If you are shifting a whole home, your bike can travel in the same truck as your household goods, wrapped and fixed in a separate place, so that you do not pay for a separate vehicle. If you only need the bike to be moved, for example because a family member has already shifted and needs the vehicle, we can arrange it in a part load going to your city. Tell us the model of the bike, the cities and your dates, and we will suggest the most suitable and economical option.

Tips for a smooth bike shift
Do not leave anything important in the storage box or under the seat, and remove the key duplicates only if you are sure that you will not need them. Charge the battery of electric scooters as per the instruction of our team and tell us if the vehicle is electric, because it needs special handling. Keep your documents with you, and when the bike arrives, check it carefully before you sign the receipt.
